The well-being of our guests and staff is important to us. We will do our best to make sure it is safe for you to accommodate and visit us. We have increased our cleaning and hygiene activities, modified the food service and taken into account safety distance.
This is what we ensure a safe visit
At Calliola, hygiene and cleanliness are always important, which is why we have strict practices for them. We follow the general guidelines and recommendations of the health authorities regarding the COVID 19 situation, and we also use the company’s own guidelines.
New cleaning and hygiene practices
We have increased cleaning and hygiene measures. We effectively disinfect various contact surfaces such as door handles, payment terminals and conference tables with antibacterial detergents.
We pay even more attention than usual to hand hygiene, which we also encourage our guests to do. It is the best protection against the virus. In addition, hand sanitizer is available in several rooms.
If you pay on site, we recommend paying by card instead of cash.
We remind our guests to keep a safety distance and make sure no groups form in public areas.
We want to protect the health of our guests and staff – so don’t come to us if you have even mild flu symptoms. We encourage also our staff to stay home with even the slightest symptom.
In our meeting rooms, we limit the number of people so that safety distance is met.
If coronavirus is encountered in our facilities, we will act in accordance with plans and guidelines.
Serving food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served for your meeting group in own separate room.
We take care of safety distances by reducing customer seats, introducing additional facilities and reminding our guests of the safety distance, as well as ensuring that no groups are formed in public spaces.
We clean the tables after each protocol. We effectively disinfect various contact surfaces such as door handles and circuit breakers.
We encourage everyone to good hand hygiene and use of hand sanitizer before arriving for meals – you will find it near the restaurant entrance.
Please do not come to the restaurant if you have even mild flu symptoms.
Staying overnight in Calliola
You can stay safely during the meeting; enhanced cleaning and hygiene routines also apply to our rooms.
Instructions to be followed by everyone
- Wash your hands thoroughly
- Keep hand sanitizer available
- Avoid unnecessary hand contact
- Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose
- Cough and sneeze to your sleeve
- Keep at least a meter away from a coughing or sneezing person
