Historic Vehicles Set to Take Scenic Drive to Calliola in Snappertuna for the 35th Annual Helatorstaiajot 29.5.2025

Historiallisia autoja nähtävillä Calliolassa Calliola, Snappertuna, Finland – Thursday, May 29, 2025, 14:00-16:00 – Vintage automobile enthusiasts and history lovers are invited to witness a spectacular display of classic vehicles as the 35th annual Helatorstaiajot concludes at the picturesque Calliola estate in Snappertuna. Organized by the Autohistoriallinen Seura, this anticipated event will attract participants from across Finland and feature an approximately 90-kilometer scenic route beginning from Nuuksio in Espoo and culminating at Calliola in Snappertuna – offering attendees a memorable blend of automotive nostalgia and historical architecture.

Nearly 200 historic cars will arrive at Calliola, located at Rågöntie 315, Snappertuna, around 14:00 in the afternoon and until 16:00. Calliola invites neighbors and local community to come and experience the cars in person (Note: due to the number of historic cars already at Calliola, accessing Calliola will only be possible by a boat, bike, or walking – it will not be possible to visit Calliola with a personal car).

“This event embodies our passion for automotive history and our community’s dedication to preserving these marvelous vehicles,” says Jari Häkli, Route Master of Autohistoriallinen Seura. “Helatorstaiajot provides us a unique opportunity each year to come together, share stories, and appreciate automotive heritage in a stunning setting.” With over three decades of tradition, Helatorstaiajot remains a beloved annual event for vintage car enthusiasts, promoting community spirit and fostering a deeper appreciation for historical preservation.
